Refunds
If the template doesn’t arrive or doesn’t do what its page says, we refund in full. ShipW3 does not hold your customers’ money, so this page covers what you buy from us.
What is covered
- A confirmed payment with no file.
- A corrupt file.
- A template that does not do what its page said.
- A $349 setup that is not live on your domain within 24 hours of usable access.
What is not covered
After a successful download, a change of mind is not a refund reason.
How a refund is paid
A granted refund is a new transfer of the same asset on the same network, back to the wallet that paid. A wrong-network transfer often cannot be recovered.
When the setup clock starts
The $349 clock starts when domain access and the three products have arrived, not when you pay.
