How payment works
USDC is used in two separate places: when you buy a ShipW3 template, and when your customers buy from the store you deploy. ShipW3 never holds your customers’ payments.
Buying a ShipW3 template
You pay ShipW3 in USDC on the pay host. ShipW3 is operated by PIVCOR.
Choose a template or the vault.
The buy button on this site is a link to the pay host. This site never asks you to connect a wallet.
Pick a network and enter your email.
Solana USDC is the default, with a Solana Pay request. Base USDC is the option for EVM wallets. Your receipt and download go to that email.
Send the exact amount shown.
The pay page freezes the token amount when the order is created. Send that amount in USDC on the network you picked. You also pay a tiny network fee in SOL or ETH.
Wait for the transfer to finalize.
The download opens once the transfer is final: finalized on Solana, safe on Base. The ZIP arrives by email as well.
Edge cases
Why is the amount not a round number?
The extra digits match that order on a shared address. They are not a ShipW3 fee. A rounded transfer cannot be matched on its own.
What does a first-send warning mean?
Wallets warn when an address is new. Match the first four and last four characters with the pay page. The page never asks for a seed phrase.
What if I send on the wrong network?
A transfer on the wrong network often cannot be recovered. Do not send a second payment to “try again” until you have written to the contact address with the transaction link.
Payment confirmed but no download?
Write to the contact address with the transaction link and your order reference.
Will this site ask me to connect a wallet?
No. Optional wallet pay lives only on the pay host, as a prefilled transfer. It is not an unlimited approval.
How customers pay your store
A store you deploy settles to the wallet address you put in its config, not to ShipW3.
The customer opens your store.
It runs on a domain you control and shows the dollar price of each product.
They pay USDC to your wallet.
Phantom or Solflare on Solana, MetaMask on Base. The payer must match the asset, the network, and the exact amount.
Your store matches the payment.
The unique digits in the amount tie the transfer to that order.
The unlock opens.
A file, key, invite, or form opens after the transfer is final on that network.
Edge cases
Where does the money go?
Into the wallet address in that store’s config. ShipW3 does not receive your customer’s payment and cannot reverse it. Customer payments have no platform cut.
Can a customer payment be reversed?
Not by ShipW3, and not as a card chargeback. A refund you choose to grant is a new transfer from your wallet.
Can the amount drift from the dollar price?
Stablecoins are built to track the dollar and can deviate. They are not bank deposits and they are not FDIC insured. The pay page freezes the token amount when the order is created.
Is the income taxable?
Yes, it can be. See Tax. This site does not give tax advice.
