# Troubleshooting

- `Not logged in`: run `npx wrangler login` in an interactive terminal.
- Wrangler asks for a payment method or an R2 bucket: stop. This template does not use R2 or the Workers Paid plan.
- Checkout says receipt email is not configured: set the Resend free-plan secret on the Worker.
- Base is missing at checkout: `SELLER_EVM` is empty or not a valid address.
- The amount was rounded or sent on another network: it cannot be matched. Do not send a second payment until support has the explorer link.
- Keep a little SOL or ETH for the network fee. The fee is not collected by ShipW3.
