# Wallets and payment recovery

The pay page asks for one exact USDC transfer. The extra digits match that order. They are not a fee. The page does not ask for a seed phrase or an unlimited token approval.

Solana and Base each need their own receiving address.

> The USDC contract is the token mint. It is not a receiving wallet. Sending USDC there can lose the funds.

If a download link expires, email support with the checkout email, the short order reference, and the explorer link. Do not send a seed phrase.

A confirmed payment with no file, a corrupt file, or a template that does not do what the page says can be refunded as a new transfer on the same network.
